Scribe Details for the MP TET Varg 2 Exam
The scribe facility will be given to the following candidates:
- Visually Impaired, Upper Hand (Hand) Handicapped and Candidates with Cerebral Palsy.
- Mentally retarded (spastic), dyslexic and candidates with disabilities as defined in the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995.
- Such candidates who are unable to write in case of sudden illness, a certificate to this effect has been given by a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon.
- In case of an accident when the candidate is unable to write, a certificate to this effect has been given by a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon.
The facilities to be provided are as follows:
The candidates related to the above will be provided the facility of auxiliary or compensatory time. But visually impaired candidates will be provided the facility of both auxiliary and supplementary time. To avail the facility of auxiliary or compensatory time or both (for visually impaired candidates), the candidate will have to submit complete information along with documents and affidavit to the board office 10 days before the date of commencement of the examination so that written permission can be given at the board level as follows In case of non-availability of previously applied writing assistant due to unavoidable reasons, after verification by the head of the center, permission may be granted for the convenience of the writing assistant on the conditions prescribed as per rules.

For appointment of writing assistant: The scribe should be a student who should be one level below the level of educational qualification of the examination being taken by the candidate. For example, if the educational qualification for the exam is graduation, then the qualification for the writing assistant should be higher secondary.
Conditions for compensatory time: If the candidate applies for compensatory time, then he will be eligible for compensatory time as follows:
